Was I Charged Twice?
Your credit card will only be charged once after your order ships.
If you just placed your order, you may be seeing an authorization charge to your account. Banks do this to verify account authenticity and to ensure sufficient funds are available to process the order. Depending on who you bank with, the authorization should clear within two days.
I Get An Error Message When I Enter My Information. What’s happening?
If you are receiving an error message, review all of the information you entered closely. There may be a typo in there; with your credit card information, billing or shipping address. The billing address should match exactly what your bank has on file.

How Long Does It Take To Process My Return?
Once we have received your package, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. We will send you an e-mail to once your return has been processed.
I misplaced my prepaid return label that came with my purchase. What should I do?

When Will My Order Ship?
Most orders ship within 1 business day of your purchase. Orders placed before 3 p.m. Central Standard Time (CST) will ship same day. Orders placed after 3 p.m. CST will ship the following business day. Orders are not shipped on the weekends or holidays.
Where Is My Order Confirmation?
You will receive an order confirmation to the e-mail you provided at checkout after you have placed your order. As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation as well. If for some reason, you did not receive an email, please check your spam or clutter folder and add us email@example.com.
